Charter Contract

A charter is the legal contact between a charter school and its sponsoring district or the state of Oregon if the charter school school becomes its own district. This is the charter between Sage Community School and Klamath County School District.

Application for Charter

Before a charter school can pursure a charter contract, an application (also known as the proposal) for charter must be accepted by the sponsoring district (or the state if the school is not sponsored by a school district). This is the application for charter between Sage Community School to the Klamath County School District.
